WhatsApp Web cannot meet the practical needs of commercial applications

While WhatsApp’s ‘Linked Devices’ feature allows up to 5 devices to be connected to one account simultaneously, it may not be sufficient for businesses with multiple teams such as customer service, marketing and sales. Business opportunities will be lost if you receive a high volume of enquiries and cannot respond instantly . Using a personal WhatsApp account or WhatsApp Business App to send bulk messages also carries the risk of account bans. Once the account is banned, it cannot be recovered.
